## Summary

#### Overview
**Service, maintenance, supply and delivery of Cobas 400 reagents and accessories under a placement/framework contract.** Open to all qualified tenderers in Kenya under the Kenyan public procurement rules, with restrictions on conflicts of interest, debarment, and other eligibility criteria.

#### Requirements
- Open National Tender; eligible tenderers; compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and PPRA rules.
- Not debarred by PPRA; no conflicts of interest; provide Certificate of Independent Tender Determination and anti-corruption declarations.
- If applicable,Manufacturer's Authorization and/or local representation requirements; JV rules (joint venture must be jointly and severally liable).
- Not more than one Tender per firm (except permitted alternatives); tax clearance evidence where required.
- Eligible goods and related services origin in eligible countries; adhere to schedule of requirements and standards; provide spare parts, tools, etc. as specified.
- Tender security: KES 200,000 in bank/insurance guarantee; validity 150 days after tender opening; security mechanisms per PPRA rules.
- Tender validity: 120 days from opening; levy of 0.03% of contract value payable; price and currency rules as specified.
