## Summary

#### Requirements
- Demonstrate ownership/control of strategic advertising infrastructure; own at least 3 billboard assets and direct ownership of at least 30% of submitted sites; provide JV/lease arrangements for non-owned sites.
- Comply with Johannesburg Property Company (JPC) requirements (lease, rental, decluttering, property management); prove all sites have current rental/advertising fees and no arrears; ensure structures are legally approved.
- Identify and submit a minimum of 24 billboard sites within identified high water consumption areas; conduct site inspections; provide maps, coordinates, photos, and site dimensions; install/maintain/operate as required; remove or regularise non-compliant infrastructure.
- Operational and safety duties: maintain site safety and offer ongoing maintenance; maintain a site register and provide regular reporting.
- Reporting: site inventory, monthly campaign reach and performance per site, consolidated monthly and quarterly campaign reports; maintenance and condition reports.
- Economic development: demonstrate contribution to the City’s economy through rentals/fees; promote SMME participation and local footprint.
- Documentation: provide OHS file and RAMS; evidence of compliance with JPC and related requirements.
