## Summary

#### Overview
**RFI to identify service providers with proven capability to design, develop, publish, maintain and support a secure, scalable and user-friendly mobile application for the RAF; suitable for mobile-app developers, system integrators and public-sector technology partners.** The app must run on Android and iOS, be publishable on Google Play and Apple App Store, and support authenticated and non-authenticated journeys as applicable.

#### Requirements
- Proven capability to design, develop, publish, maintain and support Android and iOS apps in medium/large enterprise or complex public-sector environments.  
- Provide a company profile, capacity, experience and two client references for comparable mobile app projects.  
- Deliver a conceptual overview of the proposed solution, including core functionality, architecture, deployment model, configurability and security controls.  
- Submit demonstration materials (prototype, screenshots, reference materials) showing maturity in usability, accessibility and security.  
- Outline an indicative implementation methodology, timelines, release management, support model and preliminary costing.  
- Address security, privacy, compliance (POPIA), data governance, analytics, lifecycle management and app-store publishing requirements.
