- Service report and compliance certificate must be issued by the recommended bidder.
- Submit responses by email to SCM.Projects@thensg.gov.za; no hand delivery; no late submissions.
- Complete and submit: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, copies of IDs (per CIPC composition), valid CIPC registration document. (RFQ Form.pdf)
- Prices must be VAT inclusive.
