#### Overview
**The RFI seeks market information on portable water sources (aboveground and underground) to supplement Johannesburg Water’s short-term water demand program.** This is an information-gathering exercise, not a binding bid or offer. Target respondents are service providers capable of supplying, treating, storing, and metering portable water up to 20 Ml/d within the City of Johannesburg.

#### Requirements
- Resource facilities located within the City of Johannesburg; capacity up to 20 Ml/d
- Water quality compliant with SANS 241
- Pricing: scenario-based tariff; price in R/kL; include all duties, taxes, VAT
- Prices fixed for the term and not subject to adjustment
- Operations and Maintenance: provider responsible; may subcontract but retains delivery risk
- Metering: install per JW metering standards; data retrieval by JW; remote access; commissioning and calibration reports
- Delivery Point: agreed with JW; JW controls connection and supervision; clearly indicated on the Single Line Diagram
