#### Requirements
- Administrative documents (mandatory): SBD 1 Invitation to Bid, Declaration of Interest (SBD 4), Preference Points Claim Form (SBD 6.1), Pricing Schedule for all service categories.
- Evidence of registration and suitability: Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) report; Proof of CSD registration; Proof of address (not older than 3 months); Medical certificate for disability (if applicable).
- Tax and registrations: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number; separate TCS for joint ventures/sub-contractors; no bids from persons in the state service.
- Service scope documents: Pricing schedule completed for all service categories; capability to perform Qualifications Verification (including Grade 12/Matric and higher), TransUnion handling, Employment Confirmation, Fingerprints, and Persal/Public Sector Employment Status checks.
- Compliance and governance: Proof of authority to sign (board resolution if applicable); acceptance of supplier due diligence and possible site visits; adherence to PFMA SCM instructions.
