#### Overview
**Sport Competition and Event Management Training Programme – a two-day capacity-building training for local sport events, including learner manuals, assessments and certificates.** Target bidders: providers with sport development/training capability; address sector: municipal sport development, community and school sport.

#### Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sport competition or event management training.
- SAQA/SETA/QCTO accreditation or valid agreement with an accredited provider if accredited certification is offered.
- Proven track record with 3+ contactable references.
- Compliance with Cape Agulhas SCM requirements and confidentiality.
- Tax compliance status PIN (or proof) and CSD registration; VAT status as applicable.
- Willingness to meet 80/20 evaluation framework (price vs. preference = 80/20) and adhere to the Municipality’s terms.
- Provide complete bid documentation on official CAMBD forms and bind documents securely.
