**Cape Agulhas Municipality invites a formal written quotation for the SPORT FUNDRAISING, SPONSORSHIP AND RESOURCE MOBILISATION TRAINING PROGRAMME.** The 2‑day workshop aims to build fundraising, sponsorship and resource mobilisation capacity for sport clubs, federations, school structures and community organisations (40 participants). Bidder qualifications include SAQA/SETA/QCTO accreditation (or an agreed arrangement with an accredited provider), and proven fundraising/training experience in community or municipal sport contexts.

#### Requirements
- Accreditation with SAQA/SETA/QCTO (or valid agreement with an accredited provider) covering assessment, moderation and certification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fundraising, sponsorship or resource mobilisation training; 3+ references.
- Compliance with Cape Agulhas SCM, confidentiality of learner records, and ability to issue accredited certificates.
- Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN (TCS) and POV/PI if required; CIDB n/a; CSD registration.
- B-BBEE: valid certificate or sworn affidavit; preference points form CAMBD 6.1.
- Complete and submit all returnable CAMBD schedules (1A–1F, 4, 6.1, 8, 9, Form of Offer, etc.) and Schedule 1D (municipal accounts) as required.
- Demonstrated past performance (Schedule 1F) with references.
- Pricing must be all-inclusive and valid for 90 days; local contribution considerations apply (80/20 evaluation).
