## Summary

#### Overview
**SSA seeks to appoint an established South African company to provide scientifically validated assessment solutions to the SSA for a period of five years.** Bid is open to providers with psychometric assessment products, platform delivery capability (online or offline), and relevant HR/occupational psychology experience; must meet tax, security, and BBBEE/=CSD requirements.

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: SARS tax clearance status or Tax Compliance PIN; single certificates for joint ventures or sub-contractors.
- Registration/registrations: valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; VAT if applicable.
- BBBEE: valid BBBEE status level verification certificate (or sworn affidavit where applicable); joint ventures must submit consolidated BBBEE documentation.
- Security: personnel security clearances at SSA-determined levels; ongoing clearance during contract.
- Documentation: complete and submit all forms and schedules (SBD1, GCC/Schedule A, Schedule B Tax, Schedule C Pricing, Schedule D Declaration, Schedule E, F, G, H, I, J, K, plus any Schedule L for BBBEE); attachments may be required for consortia/JVs.
- Manuals and training: supply technical manuals detailing reliability/validity and provide training on tests, development feedback, and competency methodology.
- Platform viability: must offer a workable, integrated assessment solution (paper-based, desktop, and/or online) with reporting, data security, audit trails, and APIs for integration.
- Evaluation readiness: proposals must address Phase 2 and Phase 3 criteria (functionality, pricing, and BBBEE).
