#### Requirements
- CIDB grading of 6CE or higher (or a JV with consolidated 6CE+).  
- Mandatory pre-qualification documents (as listed in the Terms of Reference): RFP initials, priced BoQ in Excel, Audited Financial Statements, Bank rating letter, CIPC/company docs, ID copies, Tax clearance, BBBEE certificate, CSD registration, completed SBD forms, Board resolutions, CIDB certificate, COIDA, Local Labour, and Students Practical Training commitment.
