- Provision of listed service items: AV & Tech, Media Buying, Videography, Photography, Lanyards & pockets; production of adverts as needed; onsite support for the event.
- Pricing must include a detailed, VAT-inclusive pricing structure; quotes valid for 60 days; no undisclosed disbursements unless approved.
- Mandatory compliance documents: Central Supplier Database (CSD) report with supplier number and tax status; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; signed RFQ; detailed pricing on company letterhead.
