**The Mandeni Municipality invites a suitably qualified service provider to establish a temporary animal pound and render animal pound services for 36 months in terms of the KwaZulu-Natal Pound Act (Act No. 3 of 2006).** Suitable bidders are those with experience in municipal animal control/pound operations, and who are registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
