#### Requirements
- CSD registration and tax compliance (SARS PIN); provide CSD number or Tax Compliance Status.
- Ensure compliance with PPPFA and GCC; bid validity 120 days; submissions on official forms.
- Complete returnable documents: SBD1, Form A, Form B (B1/B2), SBD4, SBD3.1; SBD6.1 for specific goals; joint venture agreements if applicable.
- Technical eligibility: SABS 780 approved transformer; ACTOM or equivalent; ability to supply with type test and factory acceptance certificates; mineral oil per IEC 60296 with PCB <50ppm; transformer fitted with Buchholz relay and oil/WT indicators; 5-position off-load tap changer; 3-phase, 11kV/400V, Dyn11, ONAN, HV copper/LV aluminium.
- Delivery scope: supply, deliver, and off-load at Sandile Water Treatment Works; lead time ~3 months; no on-site installation required.
