#### How to Apply
- Submission deadline: **31 July 2026 11:00** (late bids will not be considered).  
- Submission method: to the PRASA bid box at 1 Adderley Street, Cape Town or emailed to **RFQWC@prasa.com** (do not copy the buyer in email).  
- Documents to submit: use official bid forms; complete the Pricing Schedule (Section 9, see the attached PDF); provide all mandatory returnable documents and declarations (SBD forms, SARS TCS/PIN evidence, CSD number, BBBEE proof, JV documentation if any).
