## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ is for the supply and delivery of laboratory consumables to the Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries (DFFE).** Suppliers with capability to source a wide range of lab chemicals, reagents, solvents, glassware and PPE, and to deliver to Cape Town, should bid. Compliance with BBB-EE, tax, and procurement requirements is required.

#### Requirements

- SANAS/CIPC-accredited BBB-EE certificate or sworn affidavit; ownership certificates; CSD/MAAA number.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or tax clearance; VAT registration as applicable.
- Delivery timelines and price validity; quotes valid for 90 days from closing.
- Mandatory submission of a Food Premises Certificate in the bidding company name.
- CSD Registration Report or MAAA number.
- If claiming specific goals, provide supporting documentation for Black ownership, Women ownership, and Disability ownership (each 20 points).
