## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and deliver of 65 tents with 50 chairs per tent for the Poverty Alleviation Program, to be delivered to Nongoma.** Open to qualified suppliers able to manufacture or source heavy-duty tents and chairs, with delivery to Lot 103 Main Street Nongoma 3950.

#### Requirements

- Board/Directors' resolution authorising bid submission; proof of address/utility bills for directors; certified IDs; company registration documents; certificate of authority for signatory.  
- Proof of CSD address matching, and no arrears on municipal accounts for directors/office location (where applicable).  
- Compliance with tax obligations; foreign bidders must complete Part B3 and provide TCS where required.  
- Evaluation includes 80/20 PPPFA; up to 20 points for specific local-goal criteria (Nongoma, Zululand, KZN, SA) with supporting documentation.
