#### Overview
**The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment invites bids for the supply and delivery of sanitary bins and hygiene services at coastal regional offices (Western Cape, Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal).** Suitable bidders are hygiene/waste-management providers with proven experience in sanitary waste disposal, environmental compliance, provision of PPE, and the ability to service multiple sites on a 12-month, biweekly servicing schedule.

#### Requirements
- Provide a comprehensive hygiene service including supply/install of disposal units, biweekly collection, cleaning and sanitising, and compliant disposal of sanitary waste.
- Replace damaged or defective bins at no extra cost; supply deodorising/sanitising chemicals; keep bins clean and odour-free; and maintain site service records with signatures.
- Deploy trained personnel with appropriate PPE; perform services every two weeks; and conclude a Memorandum of Agreement before commencement.
- Submit a detailed pricing schedule (cost per bin, monthly, annual totals) with fixed prices for the contract duration; include VAT where applicable.
- Complete and sign SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; provide CSD/MAAA number, BBB-EE documentation, and medical certificate if claiming for disability; comply with tax requirements.
- Adhere to 80/20 preferential points framework (Price 80 points; Specific Goals 20 points per goal: ownership by Black people, Women, and people with disabilities).
- Prices and delivery are subject to DFFE due diligence and potential price negotiations.
