#### Requirements
- Original or certified B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate
- Original Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS) or PIN
- Copy of company registration documents
- Municipal rates/taxes account not in arrears >90 days (or landlord’s municipal account if leased)
- Company profile and CSD Registration
- Audited annual financial statements for 3 years (tender may be above R10M)
- Functionality scoring: minimum 70% to progress to price/PPP stages
- Adherence to the SCM Policy and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 (80/20 or 90/10)
