#### Requirements

- Certified IDs for company directors (not older than 6 months).  
- Municipal statement or proof of address (or lease/water/council confirmation as applicable).  
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) full report.  
- Separate quotation on company letterhead; completed SBD 4; SBD 1 price must align with SBD 3.1.  
- Proof of ICT equipment reseller registration with reputable distributors.  
- Delivery timelines to be provided; Phase 2 evaluation includes price and PPPFA scoring (80/20) with preferential goals (as detailed in the document).
