## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of 8 heating mantles (250 mL) for the Chemistry Department at MUT.** Open to suitably qualified and experienced service providers who meet MUT’s RFQ requirements, BBBEE 80/20 criteria, and mandatory documentation as part of the two-stage evaluation process.

#### Requirements
- RFQ documents completed and signed; MUT vendor registration or CIPC certificate; valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; brochure and picture of the quoted unit; one reference letter on client letterhead.
- BBBEE certificate for preferential points (non-mandatory document in Stage 1 but used for Stage 2 pricing/PBP).
- CSD MA number (where applicable); provide delivery lead time; prices must be firm, in ZAR, inclusive of taxes; bid validity 90 days.
- No advance payments; respond by closing date.
