#### Requirements

- Stage 2: Price and Preference evaluation with firm prices, 90-day validity, VAT 15%, and BBBEE-based scoring (80/20 system).
- Additional: bid must be submitted to MUT by the closing date; MUT may accept part or none of the bid; 180 working days non-contact clause if not awarded.
