#### Requirements
- Original certified copies of owner’s ID (not older than six months)
- Proof of company registration (CIPC)
- Recent municipal account or equivalent proof of residence for bidder; if rural, certification by traditional council leader and ward councillor
- Municipal accounts for each Director (or equivalent proof); if residing/operating from home, required affidavits from SAPS/local authority
- Completed MBD 3.1 (stamped) and submission of MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9
- False declaration on MBD 4 paragraph 3.14 and information on CSD lead to automatic disqualification
- Bid must be on company letterhead; include full CSD Report
- Adjudication follows the 80/20 Preferential Point System; municipal document is mandatory
- Prices must be valid for 90 days and inclusive of VAT and disbursements
