## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of acid & chemical resistant two-piece conti overalls (coat and trousers) in multiple sizes to Ugu District Municipality (delivery to Marburg Stores, Marburg area).** Bidders should be PPE suppliers or garment manufacturers/distributors with capacity to supply acid/chemical resistant clothing and to meet PPPFA rules. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), have tax compliance status (TCS/PIN), be CIPC registered, and must not be in the service of the state. Preference points apply for Ownership, Local Enterprise, and Other Specific Goals; submit the required documentation to claim points.  

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with current status. 
- Tax compliance status (TCS/PIN) or SARS tax clearance. 
- CIPC registration; if foreign, complete pre-award questionnaire and provide related documents. 
- Not in the service of the state. 
- Complete and submit the specified bid documents (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and attach documents to claim specific goals (e.g., ownership certificates for EME/QSE) and proof of requirements (water/sapS affidavit, etc.). 
- Submit documentation to claim PPPFA goals (ownership, local district promotion, and other specific goals). 
- All bids must be on official forms; late or incomplete submissions will be disqualified.

- Submit sealed bids endorsed with REQ27028 and deposit in the official bid box at 96 Marine Drive, Phase 3, Oslo Beach, by 12:00 on 28 October 2026. Faxed, emailed, typed, or late quotations will not be accepted; bids valid for 30 days. 
- Documents to submit: MBD1 (Part A and B), MBD4,  MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, and any annexures; include CSD number or tax/compliance certificates, and proof of rights for PPPFA points. 
- Pre-qualification/registrations: CSD, tax compliance (PIN/TCS), CIPC, and, if applicable, foreign supplier questionnaire.
