#### Requirements
- Latest full CSD report and proof of municipal rate clearance; rates certificate not older than 3 months. 
- Fully completed and signed Bid documents (MBD 1–9) and tax compliance requirements (TCS PIN or CSD number). 
- Proof for specific goals: CSD summary or rate clearance/proof of residence for locality; proof of woman-owned and/or black-owned status. 
- If applicable, separate TCS certificates for each consortium/partner; foreign suppliers must complete Part B3.

#### How to Apply
