#### Requirements
- Proven ethics risk assessment capability: at least two signed, contactable references from public entities.

- Compliance: adherence to SA data privacy and retention laws; relevant information governance.
- Team composition: minimum two facilitators (Director/Senior Manager plus Lead Consultant/Manager) with at least five years each in Ethics/Fraud Risk Management; CVs, proof of qualifications, and EOCP certification for both resources.
- Qualifications: NQF Level 7 in Risk Management/Law/Governance/Compliance or related fields plus EOCP certificate; copies to be included.
- Evidence to submit: two or more signed references, detailed CVs, proof of qualifications and EOCP, and membership proof where applicable.
- B-BBEE: valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; for specific goals, provide B-BBEE status data as part of the submission.
- Deliverables and methodology: detailed technical capabilities, methodology, work plan with timelines, and a price/price-preference evaluation approach.
