**Supply and delivery of auxiliary boiler C&I spares for Medupi Power Station over 36 months (3 years).** Bidders should be capable suppliers of C&I spares for a coal-fired power plant, with Eskom tender experience, ISO 9001/quality planning capability, and ability to complete local-content declarations and integrity commitments.

#### Requirements
- Eligibility: must meet Tender Data criteria; not restricted to Eskom/SOEs; not sanctioned; not submit more than one tender; JV/consortium agreements must specify joint and several liability; no conflict of interest.
- Subcontracting: not allowed to subcontract 100% of the scope.
- Documentation and compliance: complete Annexures A–F, SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (PPPFA), SBD 6.2 where applicable; CPA/local-content declarations (Annexure G1–G4) if designated materials apply; Supplier Integrity Pact.
- Quality and safety: adhere to Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender and NEC3 SC3 contract framework; implement QMS/Quality Plan (ISO 9001) and QCP/ITP requirements where relevant.
- Local content: provide Local Content Declaration and related schedules; CPA requirements as applicable.
