**Procurement of bandages and dressings to the State for the period ending 31 October 2030.** This is a transversal RT42-1-2025 contract by the National Treasury (open-tender) for 60 months, covering 52 items across wound dressings, bandages, gauze, etc. Bids are via the etenders portal; non-compulsory briefing on 2 October 2026 (MS Teams); submission deadline 12 October 2026 at 11:00; bid validity 180 days. - Complete and submit the Pricing Schedule (Annexure B) in unlocked Excel format; prices in ZAR incl. VAT, two decimals, national scope.  
- Provide required registrations and documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 5 (NIPP), TCD 13 (Authorization Declaration) and TCD 13.1 (List of goods); SARS tax status confirmation; Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; CIPC company registration; identity documents.  
- Technical/compliance: QA certificate (ISO 13485) and sterility certificates; samples for visual screening as per Annexure A; test reports from accredited labs; conformity to SANS 8840 where applicable; local production/content certificates per Annexure A; compliance certificates for each item.  
- Evaluation: 90/10 preference (price vs specific goals) with local-content and HDI considerations; lead times shown as max 21 days for items.
