#### Requirements
- Eligibility: provide evidence of eligibility, no public officer conflicts, not debarred; Joint Venture rules apply if applicable.  
- Compliance: declare non-corruption; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination may be required.  
- Financial: tender security of 86,000 KSh; acceptable security forms include bank guarantee or insurer’s guarantee; post-award performance security (5% of awarded sum).  
- Qualifications: Manufacturer's Authorization if you do not manufacture the goods; tax clearance certificate; evidence of ability to supply and service in Kenya.  
- Joint ventures: if a JV, joint and several liability; submit JV agreement or letter of intent.  
- Goods eligibility and conformity: declare origin and demonstrate conformity to Schedule of Requirements; any Kenya-origin sourcing rules apply (where relevant).  
- Documentation: complete Form of Tender and Price Schedules; include all requested documents and authorizations (see ITT/Section IV).
