**Supply and Delivery of Business Support for the Maintenance of the Human Resources SAP Payroll and Information System for a period of four months.** Bidders should be SAP/HR-IS specialists with valid SAP partner accreditation and at least 3 years’ experience in maintenance/support of SAP HR/PY, plus familiarity with Org Publisher and related Management Reporting tools, and the ability to provide ESS/MSS access and ad-hoc configuration.

#### Requirements
- Valid SAP Partner Accreditation (certificate dated within the last 3 months). 
- 3+ years’ experience in Business Support for SAP HR/PY maintenance, including year-end tax processes.
- 3+ years’ experience in Management Reporting/Org Publisher tools integrated with SAP HR/PY.
- Three contactable reference letters (dated, signed) confirming 3+ years’ experience in the scope, within SA.
- Additional reference letters for Org Publisher/Spinifex reporting tools integration with SAP HR/PY.
- Must be registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide supplier number.
- Original Tax Clearance Certificate; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Municipal rates/taxes not in arrears older than 90 days.
- No state service affiliation or blacklisting; compliance with company and SCM requirements (MBD forms to be completed and submitted on PDF, on letterhead).
