- Registrations and certifications: CSD registration, VAT number, supplier status; BBBEE status or sworn affidavit; tax status in RSA; CIDB as applicable.
- Insurance: Public Liability minimum R10,000,000 for the contract period.
- Pricing and submission: English format; pricing per SBD 3.1; original tender plus one USB copy; no fax/email submissions.
- Compliance with CIDB Standard Conditions of Tender and general requirements; no corrupt practices; confidential handling of information.
