#### Requirements

- Submit completed and signed SBDs (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1) and a CSD report.
- Provide tax compliance: SARS PIN or TCS; if no TCS, provide CSD number.
- Bidder must not be in State service; disclosures on related relationships or interests.
- Preference points claimed under 80/20 system with Specific Goals (BBEE ownership rules; proof required).
