## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of cleaning consumables to Johannesburg Water, including facial/body soap 125g, general-purpose soap gel 25L, and dishwashing liquid 750ml (see 6000080593 Consumables.pdf).** Bidders should be experienced suppliers of cleaning goods, preferably SMMEs that are 51% or more black-owned, with BBBEE compliance and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).

#### Requirements
- Full completion of the BOQ/specification; attendance at compulsory site briefing (where applicable); attachment of datasheet, reference letters, proof of certification, and functionality requirements.
- No quotes from persons in the state service; no bidder blacklisted for non-performance.
- Quotes must be on PDF, on company letterhead; samples may be required; validity 60 days.
- Submit a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; complete and sign all attached MBD forms; provide lease agreement or municipal account not older than 3 months and not in arrears beyond 90 days.
- Provide proof of CSD registration/supplier number.
- Complete MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 6.1 (Preference points), MBD 8 (Past SCM practices), and MBD 9 (Independent bid determination).
- Provide tax clearance and municipal rates/taxes documentation; ensure no conflicts of interest; disclose any state affiliation or prior disqualifications.
- POPIA data-consent forms included; data handling to be compliant.
