## Summary

#### Overview
**This tender procures the supply and delivery of consumables, PPE and materials (once-off) to Lethabo Power Station.** It targets PPE, safety consumables and related materials from manufacturers or distributors, with Eskom as the purchaser. - Completion and submission of all tender returnables and forms: Annexures A–J, SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4, plus Local Content declarations if applicable. 
- Pricing: submit a Pricing Schedule/BOQ in PDF and Excel formats as part of the tender. 
- Compliance with integrity and procurement controls: Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact and related governance forms. 
- Tax/paye due diligence: PAYE questionnaire as part of the supplier evaluation pack. 
- Delivery scope: supply and delivery of consumables, PPE and materials to Lethabo on a 3-month “as-needed” basis, per the project scope and contract data.
