## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of data collection and processing devices, as and when required for 36 months, for Gert Sibande District Municipality.** Open to experienced ICT hardware vendors capable of supplying traffic data collection gear (traffic counting cameras, vehicle-mounted 360° cameras, VR goggles, interactive boardroom screens, tablets, monitors) with an 80/20 evaluation (price 80, local goals 20); the district may choose not to appoint the lowest bidder.

#### Requirements
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and compliant with SARS tax requirements (PIN/TCS) and proof of tax clearance.
- BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit for preferential points.
- Demonstrate necessary skills, experience and capacity; no functionality evaluation.
- Complete and submit returnables (MBD1 and Forms A–L) and sign by an authorised representative; provide JV/CK/Company documentation as applicable.
- Comply with PPPFA 2000 and SCM policies; no bids from persons in the service of the state; prices must be firm for 90 days.

- Submit a sealed bid in the Gert Sibande District Municipality tender box, Corner of Joubert and Oosthuise Streets, Ermelo 2350, by 24 November 2026 at 12:00 (public opening).
