#### Overview
**The Eskom NTCSA ITT seeks the supply and delivery of DC Workshop Production Equipment for Apollo & Centralised Services (Secondary Plant) as a one-off purchase.** Target bidders are suppliers of DC tools and testing equipment (battery data loggers, density meters, impedance testers, hydrometers, oscilloscope, multimeters, infrared/thermal imaging, battery handling equipment, etc.) capable of delivering to Eskom and complying with OHS, local-content, and procurement requirements (CIDB, SBDs, CPA).

#### Requirements
- Compliance and documentation: complete and submit all returnables and SBD forms (Annexures A–J), pricing data in PDF and Excel, and CPA documentation (Annexure E/F) as applicable.
- Local content and designation: provide Local Content Declarations (Annexures C–E; G2–G4) and related schedules; meet CPT/CPA rules for local vs foreign components.
- Certifications and registrations: CIDB registration, valid tax clearance, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; for foreign bidders, SARS PIN and CSD as required; provide JV documentation if forming a consortium.
- Safety and governance: comply with the OHS Specification and risk assessments; integrity and disclosure requirements; Employment Equity where applicable.
