- Compliance and registrations: tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS), Central Supplier Database (CSD) number if no TCS, CIDB registration if applicable, and proof of municipal rates/taxes; board/joint-venture documents as required; MBD forms completed.
- Qualifications: demonstrated experience with similar disaster-relief projects; financial capacity to execute; CIDB where required; BBBEE or municipal-specific goals scoring capability.
