## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of the supply and delivery of DO multimeter sensors and probes.** Johannesburg Water invites bids from equipment suppliers/manufacturers for rugged, wastewater-grade DO sensing instruments (multi-parameter DO meters with turbidity, temperature, conductivity, pH/ORP capabilities) including cables, accessories, calibration certificates, and training.

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with supplier number (MAAA)  
- Original valid Tax Clearance (SARS PIN)  
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (comply with BBBEE Practice Guide 2018)  
- Municipal rates/taxes not in arrears (not older than 90 days)  
- Returnable documents: MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9; Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination (MBD 9)  
- Preference points form (MBD 6.1) under PPPFA 2022  
- Company registration documents with IDs of directors/shareholders  
- No quotes from persons in the service of the state; no blacklisted bidders  
- Quotes must be on PDF on company letterhead; JV agreements if applicable  
- Calibration certificates and training/manuals to be provided on delivery  
- Do not quote on laboratory DO probes or obsolete meters; order conductivity/temperature separately; attach a meter photo against the specification
