## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of drain and pipe cleaning tools for the Bergrivier Municipal Stores from date of appointment until 30 June 2027.** Open tender by Bergrivier Municipality for suppliers with experience supplying municipal-store tools/equipment; bidders must meet SCM requirements and be able to supply locally. 

#### Requirements
- Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD number and Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN. 
- Submit an original or certified BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (0 BBBEE points if not supplied). 
- Complete and sign required forms: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10, Form of Offer, Pricing Schedule, and Form of Indemnity; Declaration by Tenderer. 
- Prices to be VAT inclusive; comply with PPPFA (80/20); ensure SARS tax compliance with TCS/CSD where applicable. 
- Site briefing is compulsory; late or absent bidders may be disqualified. 
- Bids must be in black ink on the original documents; no late, faxed or emailed submissions; bid validity is 120 days.
