- Sign and comply with Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact.
- Completion and submission of standard tender documentation: Annexures A–D, SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1/6.2, Pricing Schedule/BOQ (PDF + Excel), Tax questionnaire, and related returnables.
- CIDB/CPG considerations and general eligibility checks (no international sanctions, tax clearance where required).
