## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of electrification cable at Bhekumthetho.** Abaqulusi Local Municipality invites bids from electrical cable suppliers/contractors to supply a (ACSR Mink Conductor) electrification cable and deliver to Bhekumthetho, with CIDB grading 1 or higher and relevant compliance.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading 1 or higher.  
- Tax/compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Clearance certificate; VAT status; and CSD registration where applicable.  
- Central Supplier Database: detailed CSD registration report to claim special goals.  
- Proof of bid documents payment; valid company registration; water/electricity bill or lease not older than 3 months; reference letters.  
- BBBEE: certified copy of BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.  
- Audited financials: if contract value exceeds R10 million.  
- No bids from persons in the state’s service.
