**Supply and delivery of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to the University of the Witwatersrand, including groceries, beverages, water, alcohol, meat, kitchen appliances, and household consumables, via a panel of service providers.** The University intends to appoint a multi‑component FMCG panel (3–7 providers per component) with SA entities that have Gauteng offices, to cover perishables and non‑perishables, beverages, water, meat (halal and non‑halal), appliances and related items over an initial 3‑year term with possible extension.

- Demonstrated FMCG supply track record of at least 3 years. 
- Ability to supply across multiple FMCG components and handle perishable items with appropriate logistics.
- Compliance with SA laws (COIDA, OHSA, LRA, Data Protection) and with contract terms (CoA for food storage/transport where relevant; liquor license for beverages; halal certification for halal meat where required; B-BBEE).
- Sub‑contracting for transport allowed with University approval and compliance by sub‑contractors.
