## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of fire hoses for Bergrivier Municipality from date of appointment until 30 June 2027.** Open to experienced service providers capable of supplying heavy-duty fire hoses and related equipment, with relevant certifications and capacity (CSD/TCS, BBBEE, VAT) as outlined in the tender documents.

#### Requirements
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid CSD number; provide TCS PIN if available.  
- Tax compliance evidence: TCS PIN or Tax Clearance, with separate submission for joint ventures.  
- BBBEE: submit an original BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to qualify for preference points.  
- Data sheets and three referee references (not older than 7 years); three letters of recommendation not older than 2 years.  
- Workshop within 200 km of Bergrivier Municipality (Piketberg).  
- Prices must be fixed, VAT included; 120-day bid validity.  
- Complete MBD/SCM documentation for bids above R30,000 (MB4, MBD7, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10).  
- Compliance with SCM policies; bid may be accepted in whole or part; no obligation to award the lowest bid.  
- Ensure delivery within 14 days of order; conform to specified hose technical standards (see below).
