**Supply and delivery of First Aid kits and consumables on an as-needed basis for a period of 3 years in the Eastern Cape - Cape Coastal Cluster.** Bidders should be suppliers of medical consumables with an ISO 9001–compliant quality management system and able to meet Eskom’s supplier quality requirements (Form A 240-105658000). #### Requirements
- Formal QMS conforming to ISO 9001 (latest revision) for both the main supplier and any sub-suppliers. 
- Complete and sign Form A (240-68099512 Form A Rev 9.pdf) and submit the List of Tender Returnables (240-12248652). 
- Provide ISO 9001 certificate and audit reports (internal/external) with nonconformities and corrective actions. 
- Prepare and submit a Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and a Quality Control Plan/Inspection and Test Plan (QCP/ITP); ensure Eskom acceptance prior to work. 
- Establish sub-supplier CQPs/ITPs and management of records, with clear roles and escalation procedures. 
- Attend mandatory pre-inspection meetings and allow Eskom/inspection bodies access; Eskom may appoint resident quality inspectors. 
- Post-award: monthly quality performance reports and ongoing supplier quality audits; Eskom rights of access and information.
