- Tax compliance and eligibility; not listed on restricted/tender defaulters registers.
- Register on the Central Supplier Database (or foreign bidders with no local entity are exempt).
- Attach BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; indicate ISO 9001:2015 status if applicable.
- Complete SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms and include pricing schedule.
- Provide proof of specific goals for 80/20 points (e.g., Black-owned, Women-owned status) with supporting documents (Shareholder Certificate/CIPC docs, IDs, B-BBEE affidavit, CSD report).
