#### Requirements
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit  
- SARS number and SARS status PIN  
- Complete and submit SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (if applicable), SBD8 & SBD9  
- Acceptance of the Government GCC (July 2010) terms  
- Delivery within 2 weeks from PO; delivery to D.F. Malan Street, Cape Town  
- Include a picture of the supplied floor springs with quotation  
- All prices must be firm and VAT inclusive  
- Evaluation uses 80/20 price-preference with BBEEE points up to 20
