## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of four HPE DL380 Gen12+ servers to Parliament of RSA, including five-year ComputeOps with iLO6 Advanced licenses and Tech Care Essential Support, plus full installation, configuration, and data replication.** Bids are open to service providers that are validated HPE Gold or Platinum partners in SA with proven data-centre infrastructure experience and the ability to install, license, and support the solution.

#### Requirements
- Accredited HPE partner at Gold or Platinum; provide current certification (see Bid Doc).  
- Demonstrated SA data-centre infrastructure implementation experience; provide at least one client testimonial.  
- Tax clearance: valid SARS tax clearance certificate or tax pin number (consortia to provide for each party).  
- Submit on official forms; sign all pages; designate the Bid Lead; undergo Parliament vetting and maintain confidentiality.  
- If bidding as a Joint Venture/Consortium: attach JV agreement and complete SAF for each entity.  
- Preference points: eligible for 80/20 system; provide HDI/RDP documents if claiming.

- Required documents: completed official bid forms (Annex A–H), Tax Clearance (Annex C), proof of HPE certification, bid declaration, and pricing/bill of materials (including BOM signed by OEM) (see Annexes in Bid Doc).  
- Parliament may require site visits, presentations, or additional pricing info; SLA and security clearance will be required if awarded.
