#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of fresh apple mangoes to Makueni County Fruit Development & Marketing Authority (Kalamba) – two-year framework agreement.** This framework targets farmer cooperatives and community-based organizations dealing with mangoes within Makueni County and may be renewed subject to satisfactory performance (two-year initial term). #### Requirements
- Reserved eligibility: only farmer cooperatives and community-based organizations dealing with mangoes within Makueni County.
- Compliance with anti-corruption and fair competition rules; signing Certificate of Independent Tender Determination where required.
- Eligibility checks: not a public officer or related; not debarred; no conflicts of interest as defined in the ITT; permitted JV arrangements if applicable.
- Goods eligibility and conformity: mangoes must meet technical specifications; provide evidence of origin and suitability.
- Documentation: Form of Tender, price schedules, and, if applicable, Joint Venture Agreement; evidence of eligibility; (Manufacturer’s Authorization not required) (Tender security not required per ITT 18.1).
