#### Overview
**Procurement of supply and delivery of gas standards (gas mixtures in 5L aerosol cans) to ARC-NRE, Pretoria.** Bidders in the gas standards, calibration gas, or related laboratory supply sectors with relevant certifications and capacity should consider bidding. 

#### Requirements
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with number and full CSD report.
- Complete and sign Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) and include them with the bid.
- Provide valid BBBEE certificate and valid Tax PIN.
- Submit compulsory documents as per detailed specification; address warranty/guarantee and, for services, relevant experience documentation.
- Prices must be in ZAR, inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and taxes; quotes on official letterhead and signed.
- ARC reserves rights to due diligence and price benchmarking; comply with National Treasury General Conditions and ARC SCM code of conduct.
- Claims for specific goals (HDI, Women, Youth, PwD, BEE level, SMME/RDP) must be supported with documentation to earn points.
