**Supply and delivery of gear oil pumps on an as and when required basis for a period of five years.** Open to suppliers of gear pumps/manufacturers with proven experience in gear rotary pumps, a credible quality management system (ISO 9001 or equivalent), and ability to meet local content and tender returnable requirements. #### Requirements
- Eligibility: open tender; bidders must not be restricted by National Treasury, must not be on Tender Defaulters list, and must avoid conflicts of interest.
- Mandatory technical criteria: provide data sheets for milling plant pumps with full dimensions, and GA drawings/BOM; submit at least four data sheets; comply with minimum functionality (minimum 70% threshold).
- Local content: Pumps must meet 70% local content; provide SBD 6.2/Annex C declarations as applicable (local and imported content schedules).
- Quality management: ISO 9001 certification or credible equivalent QMS evidence.
