## Summary

#### Requirements

- Local content compliance: 100% local content where applicable; complete Local Content Annexes C, D & E.
- Specific-goals scoring documentation: evidence for youth-owned (18–35), women-owned, disability-owned, and black ownership (e.g., CSD reports, IDs, medical letter as needed).
- Pricing and delivery: firm prices including all taxes; delivery of 400 goody bags as specified; delivery to Lusikisiki with a 4-day pre-event sample; deliver by 21 August 2026.
- Goody bag contents per spec (see pricing schedule): double waterproof cooler lunch bag (navy, IHLM logo, 4 L, 2-layer zip), lip gloss, mascara, chocolates/sweets/cookies, luxury gilt boutique gift bag.
- Documentation: complete MBD forms, signed declarations, proof of no overdue municipal accounts, and original Tax Clearance where required.
